Chante Kubs is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 22 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, children, and families through life transitions, grief, stress, and relationship challenges. She blends practical strategies and empathetic guidance to help clients build coping skills, strengthen communication, and pursue clearer personal and family goals.

Chante holds a master’s degree in social work from Yeshiva University of New York, earned in 2001. She carries advanced clinical social work credentials - LICSW and LCSW - which reflect her training and experience in clinical practice. She is licensed to practice in New Jersey, New Hampshire, and Vermont.

For more than 20 years she worked in a school district in a role focused on bridging home and school, offering educational workshops, parenting training, advocacy, and participating on an intervention team to support student and parent success. Concurrently, for over 15 years she provided part-time clinical services to couples, individuals, children, and families to address relationship and communication needs. She has also offered clinical supervision to newer and experienced therapists for three years and has lectured to graduate students on family engagement.

Chante completed more than 50 hours of crisis response training to work on domestic violence response teams in partnership with local police, supplying emotional support, education, and information on community resources. She is fluent in English and Spanish and focuses on family issues, parenting, grief, stress, anxiety, self-esteem, and caregiver concerns.
