Denise Kerr is an integrative psychotherapist who tailors each therapeutic relationship to the individual rather than applying a single approach to every case. Denise is committed to helping clients progress by addressing their emotional needs with practical and compassionate guidance.

She trained as an integrative psychotherapist and holds a BSc in Psychology and an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent's University in London. Her interest in counselling began during her undergraduate studies and developed through subsequent training and experience, including work with the charity Mind. Denise trained in counselling and listening skills and completed a foundation in psychotherapy and counselling, building a broad skill set she adapts to meet each client where they are.

Drawing on an integrative toolkit, Denise supports people dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, bereavement, and spiritual questions. Her practice also includes personal development and coaching, helping people navigate life transitions, improve communication, and rebuild confidence after loss or change.
