Jamie Daughdrill , LPC

Jamie Daughdrill is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas with five years of clinical experience. She works with individuals and families facing family conflict, trauma and abuse, eating disorders, and parenting challenges, bringing a practical and compassionate perspective to each client interaction.

While completing her education, she volunteered with at-risk communities in the Waco and Dallas areas, including the Methodist Children's Home in Waco and the Prestonwood Pregnancy Center in Richardson. Those early experiences informed her work with children, teens, young adults, and women dealing with eating disorders, abuse recovery, school-related concerns, and relationship struggles.

Her professional path includes a variety of roles outside traditional counseling settings: she spent time as a stay-at-home mom, served as a children's minister, taught in preschool, worked as an administrative assistant at a middle school, and ran her own bakery. She has also contributed to weekend intensive counseling experiences through volunteer work with a counseling group. Outside of work she remains involved in her children’s activities and volunteers at their schools and church.

Jamie approaches therapy with the belief that each person is the expert on their own story and that existing strengths can be used to overcome challenges. She aims to support and empower clients as they take steps toward greater well-being. Jamie holds the LPC credential in Texas - TX LPC 60696.
