Madison Marcotte Lippert brings a decade of clinical experience supporting people across stages of life and a range of settings, including schools, physician offices and hospitals, and private practice in Ohio and Minnesota. She combines practical tools with collaborative care to address issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, interpersonal conflict, and major life transitions, tailoring interventions to each person rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all plan.

Her therapeutic work draws on evidence-based strategies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). Madison centers strengths and goals in every session, helping clients identify resources they already have and apply those skills to change patterns, repair relationships, or navigate difficult moments. Clients are invited to participate actively in selecting the techniques that best fit their needs and priorities.

Madison earned both a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and a Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University, where she also competed as a Division I hockey player and developed a personal emphasis on resilience, determination, and teamwork. She holds LCSW and CSW credentials, with the LCSW indicating she is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. In session she frames the therapeutic relationship as a team effort - she and the client set goals together, build on the client’s strengths, and move step by step toward meaningful change.
